冷軋輥在工作過(guò)程中要承受很大的軋制應(yīng)力,加上軋件的焊縫、夾雜、邊裂等問(wèn)題,容易導(dǎo)致瞬間高溫,使工作輥受到強(qiáng)烈熱沖擊,造成裂紋、粘輥、剝落甚至報(bào)廢。由于軋輥的磨損機(jī)理很復(fù)雜,包括機(jī)械應(yīng)力作用、軋制時(shí)的熱作用、冷卻作用、潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)的化學(xué)作用以及其他作用。因此,冷軋輥要有抵抗因彎曲應(yīng)力、扭轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力、剪切應(yīng)力引起的開(kāi)裂和剝落的能力,同時(shí)也要有高的耐磨性。
