冷床是中小型棒材車間不可缺少的輔助設(shè)備之一。它的功能是將軋機(jī)軋制后經(jīng)飛剪剪切成倍尺長(zhǎng)度的棒材, 輸送并卸到冷床齒條上冷卻, 使其溫度由900℃降至100 ～ 300℃。

明確軸向位置，加大矯直壓力。不要單獨(dú)打8輥軸向，調(diào)整側(cè)彎時(shí)應(yīng)以每相臨的3個(gè)輥為一個(gè)調(diào)整單元，保證矯直穩(wěn)定性。側(cè)壁斜度的處理措施是經(jīng)常注意檢查各輥軸向位置，竄動(dòng)情況。拉鋼式和往復(fù)多爪推齒式兩種冷床對(duì)于圓鋼都不太適用，容易拉斜、滾亂。注意在不同間隙情況下，矯直力的選取。對(duì)H2與H3的測(cè)量做到每批抽查，以做到及時(shí)調(diào)整。

The axial  is clearly defined and the straightening pressure is increased. Do not play the 8 roll axis alone.
