搪瓷管的檢驗標準及技術指標

　　1. 單根搪瓷管的彎曲度每米不準超過5mm∕m，總彎曲度不能超過10mm∕根。

　　2. 搪瓷鋼管表面應無氣孔、溫潤光滑、搪色均勻，無釉瘤、無脫落等缺陷，工藝孔及管子兩頭允許有漏黑現象。

　　3.搪瓷管的電流擊穿試驗電壓為3000V,直徑在φ60㎜以下的管子應確保每米擊穿點不超過2點，整根管子不能超過5個點，力學抗機械沖擊性：≥0.22J。

　　4. 外搪瓷管搪瓷層厚度：0.30±0.06mm，內搪瓷管搪瓷層厚度：0.25±0.05mm。

　　5. 管子耐酸指標：≤2.0g/（m2.d）。

　　6. 耐溫度急劇變化性能：在500℃恒溫5min后自然冷卻各種指標無變化。

展望新一年內中國鋼材出口形勢，將呈現兩大特點：

　　其一是中國鋼材出口繼續較大數量規模。因為推動2016年中國鋼材出口的上述兩大因素，在新一年內繼續存在。值得注意的是，G20會議以后，各國政府主要是發達國家政府或許借鑒中國經驗，在繼續寬松貨幣政策的同時，搪瓷管，加大財政支出，實施政府主導下的基礎設施投資，以增加需求，振興實體經濟。進入2017年后，中國圍繞“一帶一路”進行基礎設施投資，先是與周邊國家基礎設施方面的互聯互通投資項目建設將會增加，勢必增加境外施工項目，帶動鋼材出口。由于這類投資建設所帶動的主要是建筑鋼材需求，放眼全球現在能夠滿足供應，并且價格便宜的，主要還是中國鋼鐵企業，所以新一年內中國鋼材出口將繼續較大數量規模。不僅如此，美聯儲不斷“狼來了”，持持加息預期，由此形成貶值壓力。它的突出特點是：耐腐蝕，耐磨損，阻力小，傳熱效果好，使整個空氣預熱器使用壽命延長3~5倍，同時，當空氣預熱器積灰時，可用0。估算2017年對美元平均匯率較上年貶值約3個百分點，這就使得2017年中國鋼材出口的匯率優勢較2016年繼續提高。綜和上述因素初步測算，預計2017年全國鋼材出口量繼續過億噸，甚至還可能有所增長。
