安裝減速機時，應重視傳動中心軸線對中，其誤差不得大于所用聯軸器的使用補償量。對中良好能延長使用壽命，并獲得理想的傳動效率.

When installing the reducer, we should pay more attention to the axis of the transmission center, and the error should not be greater than the use compensation of the couplings used. It can prolong the service life and obtain the ideal transmission efficiency for the good.

在輸出軸上安裝傳動件時，不允許用錘子敲擊，通常利用裝配夾具和軸端的內螺紋，用螺栓將傳動件壓入，否則有可能造成減速機內部零件的損壞。

When driving parts are installed on the output shaft, it is not allowed to knock with hammers. Usually use assembly jig and inner thread of shaft end to press the transmission parts into bolts with bolts, otherwise, it may cause damage to internal parts of reducer.

減速機內部齒輪齒形修整（修緣和修根）和齒頂倒角 將齒頂的齒形切削成比正確的漸開曲線略呈凸形。當齒輪齒面受外力產生變形時，可以避免對與之嚙合的齒輪產生干涉，并且可以降低噪音，延長齒輪壽命。

The internal gear of the reducer is trimmed (trim and trim) and tooth top chamfering to make the tooth shape of the tooth top  convex than the correct involute curve. When the gear tooth surface is deformed by external force, it can avoid interference to the gears engaged with it, and can reduce noise and prolong the service life of gears.
