真空包裝機內部工作流程

工作原理：首先合上設備上蓋，真空泵開始工作從工作室中抽出空氣，當達到所設定的抽氣時間時，真空泵停止工作（帶充氣功能的設備開始填充保護氣體），然后加壓閥自動打開，氣囊充氣，氣囊托板、酚醛板、加熱條整體向下壓緊封口處，同時通電給加熱條加熱，當包裝袋封口完備后，加熱條停止加熱處于持續冷卻狀態，放氣閥自動打開、放入空氣、開蓋，完成一次工作循環。4、連接好電源，打開電源開關，合上蓋，查看一下真空泵運轉是否正常。
