加熱爐的分類:

1.有純加熱爐，如常壓爐、減壓爐等；有加熱爐反應爐，如裂解爐、焦化爐等。  

2.按傳熱方式分類：有純對流式爐、輻射對流式爐和輻射式爐。

緊迫停爐時，制止只用外表風封閉控制閥，一定要封閉爐前手閥。如遇被加熱介質中止，應當即救活，爐膛通入蒸汽。爐出人員及過熱蒸汽壓力計；調理風門及煙道擋板；緊迫放空設備；防爆門；爐膛及回彎頭箱救活蒸汽線。
