汽車行業(yè)的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機(jī)廠、飛機(jī)制造廠等大廠，獨(dú)立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

增設(shè)強(qiáng)壓功能。即對(duì)卸料鑲塊壓料部加厚尺寸(正常的卸料鑲塊厚H 0.03mm)，以增加對(duì)凹模側(cè)材料的壓力，從而抑制沖切時(shí)沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲變形。

Additional pressure function. In order to increase the pressure on the material of the die side, the pressure of the material in the die side is increased by the thickness of the material of the unloaded insert (normal unloaded insert thickness H 0.03mm), so as to suppress the turning and distortion of the stamping parts.

檢查、核對(duì)模具和沖壓機(jī)床。在安裝模具前，要確認(rèn)沖壓機(jī)床為沖壓工藝的型號(hào)，并檢查模具的尺寸、工作要求是否與沖壓機(jī)床的技術(shù)參數(shù)（裝模高度、滑塊行程等）相匹配，沖壓機(jī)床的狀態(tài)足否良好。

清除沖壓機(jī)床滑塊底面、工作臺(tái)面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點(diǎn)位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調(diào)到短（即閉合高度大）。

Manually pull the stamping machine flywheel (or point moving button), adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point, and rotate the adjusting screw, the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).
