    9、水泵每使用一個(gè)灌溉季節(jié)后，應(yīng)更換潤(rùn)滑黃油后存放。

10、水泵工作滿500小時(shí)，應(yīng)仔細(xì)拆卸檢查零件的磨損情況，如長(zhǎng)期停用，應(yīng)將運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

 6、軸承發(fā)熱

 2、潤(rùn)滑油質(zhì)量不好或不清潔

 3、軸心沒有對(duì)準(zhǔn)

 4、軸承松動(dòng)或磨損

 5、皮帶太緊

 4.The bearing is loose or attrition

 5.The belt is too tight.

 1、加油

 2、清洗軸承

 3、找正

 4、修正

 5、適當(dāng)放松

 1.Add lubrication oil

 the bearing

 5.Loosen it properly

 7、填料發(fā)熱

 The padding is

 1、填料壓得太緊或四周緊密度不夠2、填料壓得偏斜與軸磨損嚴(yán)重

 1.The padding is

 pressed too tight or the around compactness is not enough

 2.The padding is

 pressed deflected and the axile wears seriously

 1、旋松壓蓋螺栓高速填料緊密度

 2、松開壓蓋重新均勻地上緊

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.
