我們聊聊在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中，我們必須掌握的有關(guān)軸轂聯(lián)接的知識(shí)！軸轂聯(lián)接是軸轂與軸相連接的軸上零件，常見(jiàn)齒輪、帶輪等。聯(lián)接使回轉(zhuǎn)零件在軸上定位和固定，以便傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力。

軸轂聯(lián)接的方式有鍵聯(lián)接、花鍵聯(lián)接、成形聯(lián)接、脹套聯(lián)接、銷(xiāo)聯(lián)接、緊定螺釘聯(lián)接、過(guò)盈聯(lián)接等，有些聯(lián)接方式僅用于軸轂聯(lián)接，有些聯(lián)接方式可兼作其它聯(lián)接。鍵和花鍵是常見(jiàn)的軸轂聯(lián)接方式。

切向鍵聯(lián)接：它由兩個(gè)普通楔鍵組成。其上下兩面（窄面）為工作面，其中之一面在通過(guò)軸心線的平面內(nèi)。工作面上的壓力沿軸的切線方向作用，能傳遞很大的轉(zhuǎn)矩。
