軋制變形制度：即一定軋制條件下從坯料到成品的總變形量和軋制的總道次，各機(jī)組的總變形量各道次的變形量，軋制方式等。而一些大型高延性盤(pán)螺冷軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)線來(lái)說(shuō)的話，其電機(jī)的功率本身就很大。對(duì)于型鋼，軋件在孔型中軋制，并且在每個(gè)孔型中軋制一道，因此，型鋼的變形制度是以孔型的形式表示的，孔型的設(shè)計(jì)確定后變形制度就確定了。
