我們聊聊在機械設計中，我們必須掌握的有關軸轂聯接的知識！軸轂聯接是軸轂與軸相連接的軸上零件，常見齒輪、帶輪等。聯接使回轉零件在軸上定位和固定，以便傳遞運動和動力。

軸轂聯接的方式有鍵聯接、花鍵聯接、成形聯接、脹套聯接、銷聯接、緊定螺釘聯接、過盈聯接等，有些聯接方式僅用于軸轂聯接，有些聯接方式可兼作其它聯接。鍵和花鍵是常見的軸轂聯接方式。

切向鍵聯接：它由兩個普通楔鍵組成。其上下兩面（窄面）為工作面，其中之一面在通過軸心線的平面內。工作面上的壓力沿軸的切線方向作用，能傳遞很大的轉矩。

一個切向鍵只能傳遞一個方向的轉矩，傳遞雙向轉矩時，須用互成120°～130°角的兩個鍵。用于載荷很大，對中要求不嚴的場合。由于鍵槽對軸削弱較大 ，常用于直徑大于100mm的軸上。
