輕勻質保溫板制作流程

1. Raw materials such as cement and fiber are proportioned and pulped by the proportioning system, so that the raw materials are fully mixed and kept uniform.

2. Transport the slurry to the slurry storage tank, keep stirring to keep it uniform, send the slurry to the slurry storage tank and then to the headbox, and mix in the headbox to keep uniformity.

3. The billets fall off from the slurry forming cylinder, and are transported to the irrigation cutting place by the billet receiving machine. The longitudinal cutting edge of the billets is cut by the cutter. The residual materials are transported to the return mixer by the billet receiving machine, and then transported to the slurry storage tank for reuse after being stirred by the mixer.

當采用用水泥基勻質板做防火隔離帶時，應滿足以下施工要求：

要求一：防火隔離帶水泥基勻質板應與大面外墻外保溫系統一起自下而上按順序同步施工;不宜在外墻外保溫系統保溫層中先預留位置，再粘貼水泥基勻質板;

要求二：水泥基勻質板應與基層墻面滿粘;

要求三：水泥基勻質板應使用錨栓輔助連接。錨栓間距不應大于300mm，且每塊保溫板上的錨栓數量不應少于1個;

要求四：水泥基勻質板防火隔離帶和外墻外保溫系統應使用相同的抹面膠漿，且抹面膠漿應將保溫材料和錨栓完全覆蓋，防火隔離帶與外墻外保溫系統之間不留縫隙。在隔離帶位置還應加鋪普通耐堿玻纖網布，玻纖網布應先于大面玻纖網布鋪設，上下各超出隔離帶寬度應不小于100mm，左右可對接，對接位置距隔離帶保溫板拼縫位置應不小于100mm。
