五金沖壓件與鑄件、鍛件相比，具有薄、勻、輕、強的特點。沖壓可制出其他方法難于制造的帶有加強筋、肋、起伏或翻邊的工件，以提高其剛性。秦皇島五金沖壓件由于采用精密模具，工件精度可達微米級，且重復(fù)精度高、規(guī)格一致，可以沖壓出孔窩、凸臺等。冷沖壓件一般不再經(jīng)切削加工，或僅需要少量的切削加工。熱沖壓件精度和表面狀態(tài)低于冷沖壓件，但仍優(yōu)于鑄件、鍛件，切削加工量少。

管材的鋸削：選用細齒鋸條，當管壁鋸?fù)负箅S即將管子沿著推鋸方向轉(zhuǎn)動一個適當角度，再繼續(xù)鋸割，依次轉(zhuǎn)動，直至將管子鋸斷。鋸割時管子必須夾正。

Cutting of pipe: select a fine toothed saw blade, when the tube wall is sawed through a proper angle along the direction of the push saw, then continue sawing and turn, until the pipe is sawed. When sawing is cut, the pipe must be clamped.

薄板：鋸削時盡可能從寬面鋸下去，若必須從窄面鋸下時，可用兩塊木墊夾持，連木塊一起鋸下，也可把薄板直接夾在虎鉗上，用手鋸作橫向斜推鋸，使鋸齒與薄板料接觸的齒數(shù)增加，避免鋸齒崩裂。

Thin plate: sawing as far as  as wide as when sawing. If must be sawed from narrow surface, it can be held by two wooden blocks and sawed together with wooden blocks. The sheet can be clipped directly to the vise, and a hand saw is used as a transverse oblique saw to increase the number of teeth contacted with the sheet material and avoid the crack of the saw teeth.

深縫：鋸削深縫時即當鋸縫的深度超過鋸弓高度時，高度時，鋸弓就會與工具相碰，無法繼續(xù)鋸削；此時應(yīng)將鋸條拆出，將鋸條轉(zhuǎn)90。

Deep seam: when sawing deep seams, when the depth of the sawblade exceeds the height of the saw bow, when the height is high, the saw bow is touched by the tool and can not continue to be sawed; the saw strip should be removed and the saw blade is turned 90.
