              對減速機(jī)箱體進(jìn)行共振測試,找出共振位 置,增加適當(dāng)?shù)慕顥l(板),可以提高箱體的剛度,減少箱體的振動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)降噪。多級傳動(dòng)時(shí)要求瞬時(shí)傳動(dòng)比的變化盡量小,以保證傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),沖擊及振動(dòng)小,噪聲低。



              By testing the resonance of the reducer box, finding out the resonance  and adding appropriate ribs (plates), the stiffness of the box can be increased, the vibration of the box can be reduced and the noise can be reduced. In multistage transmission, the change of instantaneous transmission ratio should be as small as  to ensure stable transmission, low impact and vibration, and low noise.
