軋機(jī)前后有對(duì)中導(dǎo)衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進(jìn)入軋機(jī)。三架軋機(jī)的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺(tái)在軋線外側(cè)，換輥時(shí)間長(zhǎng)只用20min。傳動(dòng)側(cè)的牌坊，通過(guò)液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側(cè)的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導(dǎo)衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機(jī)的軸承座上。四棍軋機(jī)的工作輥直徑較小，傳遞軋制力矩，軋延壓力由直徑較大的支承輥承受。

The roll system of three rolling mills is replaced synchronously with the bearing seat, and the replacement platform is on the outside of the rolling line. The longest time for changing the roll is only 20min. The movable side arch is locked by tension screw, and the operation side arch is "pull-out" type, and the rolling guide is fixed on the bearing seat of the horizontal rolling mill.

機(jī)架是軋鋼機(jī)的主要部件，它在軋鋼過(guò)程中承擔(dān)金屬變形給予的負(fù)荷。因此要求機(jī)架有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度，以保證設(shè)備安全和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。型鋼軋機(jī)的機(jī)架形式較多，常見的機(jī)架形式有開口式機(jī)架、閉口式機(jī)架和半閉口式機(jī)架3種。

The frame is the main component of the rolling mill, which bears the load given by the metal deformation during the rolling process. Therefore, the frame is required to have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure the safety of the equipment and the quality of the product. There are more frame forms of the steel mill. There are 3 kinds of common frame forms: open frame, closed frame and half closed frame.

軋機(jī)的輥系在換輥前可以預(yù)安裝并調(diào)整好，軋機(jī)停車后只需較短時(shí)間即可換上新輥系。而新輥系經(jīng)少量試軋后即能軋出合格產(chǎn)品。因此這種軋機(jī)可調(diào)性能好，成材率高。

短應(yīng)力線軋機(jī)可制成二輥式、三輥式或四輥式多種形式的軋機(jī)。在型鋼、線材和板帶鋼生產(chǎn)中部有應(yīng)用。

The roll system of rolling mill can be pre installed and adjusted before changing the roll. After the rolling mill , it only needs a short time to replace the new roll system. The new roll system can be rolled out of the qualified product after a small amount of test rolling. Therefore, this kind of rolling mill has good adjustable performance and high yield.  

The short stress line mill can be made into two - roll, three - roll, or four - roll type rolling mills. It is applied in the middle part of steel, wire and strip steel.
