⑴設計的沖壓件必須滿足產品使用和技術性能，并能便于組裝及修配。

⑵設計的沖壓件必須有利于提高金屬材料的利用率，減少材料的品種和規格，盡可能降低材料的消耗。在允許的情況下采用價格低廉的材料，盡可能使零件做到無廢料及少廢料沖裁。

⑶設計的沖壓件必須形狀簡單，結構合理，以有利于簡化模具結構、簡化工序數量，即用少、簡單的沖壓工序完成整個零件的加工，減少再用其他方法加工，并有利于沖壓操作，便于組織實現機械化與自動化生產，以高勞動生產率。

壓住材料?？朔鹘y的模具設計結構，在卸料板上開出容料間隙(即模具閉合時，卸料板與凹模貼合，而容納材料處卸料板與凹模的間隙為材料厚t-0.03～0.05mm)。如此，沖壓中卸料板運動平穩，而材料又可被壓緊。關鍵成形部位，卸料板一定做成鑲塊式結構，以方便解決長時間沖壓所導致卸料板壓料部位產生的磨(壓)損，而無法壓緊材料。

管材的鋸削：選用細齒鋸條，當管壁鋸透后隨即將管子沿著推鋸方向轉動一個適當角度，再繼續鋸割，依次轉動，直至將管子鋸斷。鋸割時管子必須夾正。

Cutting of pipe: select a fine toothed saw blade, when the tube wall is sawed through a proper angle along the direction of the push saw, then continue sawing and turn, until the pipe is sawed. When sawing is cut, the pipe must be clamped.
