開坯機(jī)為兩輥水平軋機(jī)，坯料送至軋機(jī)前后，根據(jù)軋制程序表進(jìn)入相應(yīng)的軋槽可逆軋制，并通過翻鋼裝置將軋件夾緊進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)。一般軋制5-7道次(多9道次)。
