混流泵

混流泵，英文為：Mixed flow pump

當(dāng)原動機(jī)帶動葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)后，對液體的作用既有離心力又有軸向推力，是離心泵和軸流泵的綜合，液體斜向流出葉輪。因此它是介于離心泵和軸流泵之間的一種泵。混流泵的比轉(zhuǎn)速高于離心泵，低于軸流泵，一般在300-500之間。它的揚(yáng)程比軸流泵高，但流量比軸流泵小，比離心泵大。（一）試車：水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車，其目的：1、使各種配合部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。3應(yīng)用范圍編輯用于輸送清潔和污染的介質(zhì)，化學(xué)中性或侵蝕性的介質(zhì)。

Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應(yīng)裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應(yīng)停車檢查原因予以消除。

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.
