混流泵

（一）   用途：

HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農田排灌、工業、城鎮給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

S型泵性能范圍流量160～18000立方米/時，揚程12～125米，進水口直徑150～1400毫米，轉速2950、1450、970、730、585、485、360轉/分。

（1）D型泵性能范圍 流量6.3～720立方米/時，揚程16～600米，進水口徑：50、75、100、125、150、200毫米，其中50～125毫米泵型為高轉速2950轉/分，150～200毫米泵型轉速為1480轉/分。

（2）結構型式 D型多級離心泵為臥式多級（2～12級），葉輪為單吸，泵體為分段式。當首級葉輪為雙吸時，用DS表示，當同時規定有兩種轉速時，低速用DA表示，用于鍋爐給水的多級離心泵，用DG表示。

無法啟動

首先應檢查電源供電情況：接頭連接是否牢靠；開關接觸是否緊密；保險絲是否熔斷；三相供電的是否缺相等。如有斷路、接觸不良、保險絲熔斷、缺相，應查明原因并及時進行修復。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機械故障，常見的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞；泵軸、軸承、減漏環銹住；泵軸嚴重彎曲等。排除方法：放松填料，疏通引水槽；拆開泵體清除雜物、除銹；拆下泵軸校正或更換新的泵軸。（2）由于離心泵靠葉輪進口形成真空吸水，因此在起動前必須向泵內和吸水管內灌注引水，或用真空泵抽氣，以排出空氣形成真空，而且泵殼和吸水管路必須嚴格密封，不得漏氣，否則形不成真空，也就吸不上水來。
