混流泵

（一）   用途：

HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

Mixed-flow pump is a horizontal type, single stage, single suction and

cantilever spiral mixed flow pump, which is used for farmland irrigation and drainage,

industry, town water supply and drainage and water diversion of docks.

（一）安裝原則

  1、安裝高度：視雨季或旱季不同情況具體考慮，要求吸上真空高度不超過泵的吸程。

  2、安裝位置的選擇:盡可能靠近水源，做到既保證安全、又縮短進水管路，減少揚程損失。

 2、吸水管中窩存空氣

 3、吸水管或連接處墊料不嚴(yán)密有進氣現(xiàn)象

 4、底閥或葉輪有水草雜物填塞

 2.There is air in the suction pipes

 3.The paddings in connected parts are

 imprecision and produces leaking phenomenon

 4.There are waterweeds and sundries

 filled in the bottom valve or impeller

 1、檢查進水管末端是否在水平面以下一米左右

 2、排除空氣

 3、高速墊料，填塞縫隙擰緊螺栓

 4、消除水草雜物

 1.Check the end

 of water inlet pipe if it is under the water surface at one meter

 2. Remove the

 air

 3.Add padding to

 fill the gaps and then tighten the bolts

 4.Clear the

 waterweeds and sundries.
