加熱爐的分類:

1.有純加熱爐，如常壓爐、減壓爐等；有加熱爐反應爐，如裂解爐、焦化爐等。  

2.按傳熱方式分類：有純對流式爐、輻射對流式爐和輻射式爐。

連續加熱爐通常使用氣體燃料、重油或粉煤，有的燒塊煤。為了有效地利用廢氣熱量，在煙道內安裝預熱空氣和煤氣的換熱器，或安裝余熱鍋爐。

Continuous heating furnace usually use gas fuel, heavy oil or coal, and some coal burning. In order to effectively utilize exhaust heat, a preheat air and gas heat exchanger is installed in the flue, or a HRSG is installed.

加熱爐能快速加熱，氧化和脫碳少，適用于加熱圓形料坯和鋼管。與行星軋機相配合，可用來加熱連鑄板坯；也可對某些鋼材進行局部加熱。缺點是單位爐長的生產能力低，爐子熱效率較低。

The heating furnace can be heated quickly, with less oxidation and decarburization, and is suitable for heating round billets and steel pipes. It can be used for heating continuous casting slab and heating some steel products. The drawback is that the production capacity of unit furnace length is low and furnace thermal efficiency is low.

臺車式加熱爐的結構一般是由輻射室、對流室及煙囪組成。輻射室也就是燃燒室，將燃料放進輻射室進行燃燒產生高溫，以對傳播熱的方法持續將局部熱量傳給對流室爐管內活動著的油品。然后通過對流室和煙囪將油品和煙中的熱量進行吸收，傳遞給產品。

The structure of the trolley type heating furnace is generally of a radiation chamber, a convection chamber and a chimney. The radiation chamber is also the combustion chamber, which puts the fuel into the radiation chamber for combustion to produce high temperature, and continuously transfers the local heat to the oil moving in the convection chamber furnace tube by means of heat transmission. Then the heat and oil in the oil and smoke are absorbed and transmitted to the product through the convection chamber and the chimney.
