 紅外線橋切機在使用的過程中不免會產生一定的磨損，機器出現磨損勢必會影響到作業的效率，因此對紅外線橋切機的日常潤滑與保養是使用者不可忽視的一道重要工序，今天就由高密市東方機械科技為廣大客戶普及一下紅外線橋切機潤滑方面的要點。

  紅外線橋式切機由于長時間進行切割摩擦作業，因而需要經常進行潤滑，主軸一般采用7014-1號高溫潤滑脂，每一周檢查一次，然后每隔半年，需要更換一次新的潤滑脂。對于橫向的導軌，縱向的導軌，就需要采用N32導軌潤滑油，把潤滑油加至齒條面即可，di一次在使用一個月后，就應更換新的潤滑油，以后需要每半年就要更換一次新的潤滑油。若是不能及時給紅外線橋切機進行降溫處理，就一定要注意對機器進行妥善的維護，以免發生意外。橫向走箱進刀框導軌是通過手壓加油器集中進行加油，每班加一次，采用N32導軌潤滑油，應經常檢查側邊的塞鐵，底板塞鐵的間隙應保持小于0.15mm。
