汽車行業的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機廠、飛機制造廠等大廠，獨立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

Application field of metal stamping parts

手鋸加工方法

扁鋼的鋸削：在扁鋼鋸口處劃一周圈線，分別從寬面的兩端鋸下，兩鋸縫將要結接時，輕輕敲擊使之斷裂分離。這樣鋸削，而且能較好地防止鋸齒崩缺。反之若從窄面下鋸，非但不經濟，而且只有很少的鋸齒與工件接觸，工件越薄，鋸齒越容易被工件的棱邊鉤住而折斷。

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機工作臺或墊板上適當位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標記好模具的擺放位置。

手動扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），使機床上滑塊下行并停于下死點位置。

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
