軋輥是軋機的重要部件，按照軋機類型可分為領(lǐng)帶軋機軋輥、型鋼輪機扎輥和鋼管軋機軋輥三大類。

板帶軋機軋輥的輥身呈圓柱形，熱乾板帶軋輥的輥身微凹，當(dāng)受熱膨脹時，可保持較好的扳形。

Roll is an important part of the rolling mill. According to the type of rolling mill, it can be divided into three types: the tie mill roll, the type steel turbine ligation roll and the steel tube rolling mill roll.

The roll body of a strip rolling mill is cylindrical, and the roll body of the hot dry plate is slightly concave. When the heat is expanded, it can maintain a better shape.

常用的軋輥材質(zhì)和用途見表。軋輥的性能和質(zhì)量一般取決于其化學(xué)成分和制造方式并可由其組織、物理和力學(xué)性能以及存在于軋輥內(nèi)部的殘余應(yīng)力類型來評估（見軋輥檢驗）。

The material and use of the commonly used rolls are shown in the table. The performance and quality of roller generally depend on its chemical  and manufacturing way, and can be evaluated by its organization, physical and mechanical properties and the type of residual stress existing inside the roll (see roll test).

軋輥在軋機中的使用效果不但取決于軋輥材質(zhì)及其冶金質(zhì)量，還和使用條件、軋輥設(shè)計、操作維護有關(guān)。不同類型軋機的軋輥使用條件有很大差異，造成差異的因素有：軋機條件。如軋機類型、軋機和軋輥設(shè)計、孔型設(shè)計、水冷條件和軸承種類等。

The use effect of roll in the rolling mill not only depends on the material and metallurgical quality of the roll, but also is related to the conditi of use, the design of the roll and the operation and maintenance. The use conditi of the rolls for different types of rolling mills are very different. The factors that cause the difference are the rolling mill conditi. Such as rolling mill type, rolling mill and roll design, pass design, water cooling condition and bearing type and so on.

初軋機、鋼坯連軋機、大型型鋼和軌梁軋機、熱軋板帶鋼軋機破鱗和軋邊機、型鋼軋機的軋邊機，還有小型型鋼、線棒材軋機的粗軋機架等軋機使用的軋輥，大多采用整體鑄造方法生產(chǎn)，這類軋輥使用層較厚，孔型較深。

The rolling mill of rolling mill, billet rolling mill, large type steel and rail beam mill, hot rolled strip mill break scale, rolling edge mill, type steel universal mill, and rolling mill used in small steel and wire rod mill are mostly produced by the whole casting method, which is thicker and deeper.
