There is a dynamic axial adjustment of the upper roll on the universal rolling mill. After the rolling mill is zero, the distance between the upper roll shaft and the lower probe can be measured and stored. During the rolling process, if the neutral rolls lose balance, the upper roller or the lower roll will move. The upper roller will synchronize with the lower roller, so as to ensure the upper and lower plate alignment and  the dimensi of web and flange.

據(jù)說在14世紀(jì)歐洲就有軋機，但有記載的是1480年意大利人達·芬奇（Leonardo da Vinci）設(shè)計出軋機的草圖。1553年法國人布律列爾(Brulier)軋制出金和銀板材,用以制造錢幣。此后在西班牙、比利時和英國相繼出現(xiàn)軋機。

It is said that there are rolling mills in Europe in the fourteenth Century, but it is recorded that in 1480, Leonardo Da Vinci (Italian Italian designer Da Finch) designed the draft for rolling mills. In 1553 the French law Adler cloth (Brulier) rolled gold and silver plate, used in the manufacture of coins. Since then, rolling mills have been rolled out in Spain, Belgium and Britain.

楔橫軋工藝的基本原理是，將加熱后的棒材送入兩個同向旋轉(zhuǎn)的帶有楔性凸起的模具中間，棒材在模具的帶動下，作與模具反向的回轉(zhuǎn)運動，同時材料發(fā)生徑向壓縮變形和軸向延伸變形，從而成形階梯軸類零件。

The basic principle of the cross wedge rolling process is to send the heated bar into the middle of two same revolving moulds with wedge-shaped protrusi. The rod is driven by the mold to make the reverse rotation movement with the mold. At the same time, the material has radial compression deformation and axial extension deformation, thus forming a staircase type part.
